the sweet sour sauce which is in black colour is supposed to eat with noodles.

and the lemon sauce(yellow colour,inside the lemon)is with the boiled chicken fillet(serve as a starter)

did the try out yesterday.

the S&S(sweet&sour) sauce was too sour and the L(lemon) sauce was too sweet.

so changed the recipe.

But today,mdm Lur said that the S&S sauce was too sweet and the L sauce is too sour.
